Shortening & Dough Fats

Our shortenings are made out of premium refined palm oil and used religiously in bakery and confectionery items. We provide products with 10% & 20% nitrogen sparging depending on the customer’s preference and application. All shortenings are supplied with 200 ppm permitted antioxidants.

Application
We have shortenings that perform excellent even at low temperatures. You can use them for your cookies, cakes, and rusks. This provides consistency, texture, taste, and extended shelf life.
