Our Top Short series comprise the top quality shortenings. It is made out of refined palm oils and used as a staple ingredient in bakery and confectionery products. Depending on the customer’s demand, we provide shortenings without and with 10% & 20% nitrogen sparging as per the demand. All shortenings are supplied with 200PPM permitted antioxidants. Shortening is non dairy and vegan, thus it is used to replace butter.
