Ice Cream Fats

TOP ICE 225 to TOP ICE 313 –  TOP ICE grades is an important element used to make yummy and creamy ice-creams. They are basically the soft grades of lauric oils with a bland and neutral taste and flavor.

APPLICATION
Used in ice cream fat contents as well as ice cream chocolate covertures suitable for dips. Low SMP facilitates the use of low-temperature chocolate coatings for ice cream without a high viscosity allowing thin coatings of chocolate around the ice cream. The coatings made of chocolate from it do not crack or brittle. They form the finE thin coating for the smooth flavor, texture, and taste.

TOP ICE 304- TOP ICE 313 is a coconut oil-based fat. It is bland and odorless with excellent palatability.

APPLICATION
TOP ICE 304 is ideal fat for premium quality ice cream as well as for Premium Quality chocolate couverture applications.
