We get Top Chox which is A- class fully refined bleached and deodorized cocoa butter substitute. It is extracted from palm kernel stearin under the most selective condition of fractionation and hydrogenation. The highlight of this product is that it is hard thus easy to handle and yet melts smoothly on the application, delivering a pleasing cooling sensation on your taste pallet. It provides excellent stability against oxidation. Top Chox is a non-tempering fat.
