Whipping Cream Fats

TOP COTE & TOP ICE- The attractive layering of sweet froth we see over our cupcakes and desserts, it is made out of whipped cream. And whipped cream is made out of TOP COTE and TOP ICE. TOP COTE is a Lauric Oil-based Hard Butter with excellent keeping qualities. Whereas TOP ICE is a coconut oil-based fact. It is bland and odorless with excellent palatability.

APPLICATION:

  • Excellent for non-dairy whipping creams.

APPLICATION:

  • Top ICE is an ideal fat for ice cream as well as coating applications.
